Morocco Reports 243 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Infections Rise to 12,533

Coronavirus cases in Morocco are still on the rise. In the last 24 hours, some 243 new infections have been recorded in the kingdom, bringing the total to 12,533 since the start of the COVID-19 epidemic.
Here are the number of infections by region on Tuesday, June 30 (figure being updated)
• Casablanca Settat: +48
• Tangier Tetouan Al Hoceima: +93
• Rabat Salé Kenitra: +11
• Marrakech Safi: +15
• Fès-Meknès: +5
• Daraa-Tafilalet: +1
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +72
• Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab: +2
Here are the other figures to remember:
• Three deaths were recorded. Total at 228.
• 16,381 tests. Total at 668,658.
• 153 people under treatment. Total at 3,385.
• 87 new recoveries. Total at 8,920.
The Minister of Health calls on Moroccans to respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities by showing responsibility.
