Morocco Reports 238 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Infections Rise to 12,290

The number of coronavirus infection cases in Morocco over the past 24 hours stands at 238, the Ministry of Health said, noting that since the start of the epidemic in March, the total has reached 12,290.
Here are the details of Covid-19 infections by region:
• Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma: +73
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +67
• Fès-Meknès: +38
• Marrakech-Safi: +22
• Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: +19
• Casablanca-Settat: +14
• Oriental: +4
• Béni Mellal-Khénifra: +1
Here are the other figures to remember:
• Four deaths were recorded. Total to 225. Fatality rate at 1.83%
• 16,381 tests. Total to 650,524.
• 141 people under treatment. Total to 3,232.
• 83 new recoveries. Total to 8,833.
The health authorities call on Moroccans again to respect the barrier gestures such as distancing and wearing masks.
