Morocco Reports 118 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Rises to 9,957

The number of Covid-19 infections has increased again since last night in Morocco, according to the Ministry of Health. Since the report on Saturday afternoon, 118 new cases have been reported, for a total of 9,957.
Here are the details of the contaminations:
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +37
• Marrakech-Safi: +26
• Casablanca-Settat: +20
• Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma: +14
• Fès-Meknès: +13
• Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: +6
• Béni Mellal-Khénifra: +1
• Guelmim-Oued Noun: +1
The situation in Kenitra has prompted the health authorities to set up a field hospital and ban all movement and access.
These outbreaks of contamination were discovered on Friday in red fruit packaging plants. More than 500 had been detected on Friday, compared to an average of around a hundred per day.
Despite these cases, the authorities have just announced an easing of confinement for a majority of Moroccans.
