Morocco Repatriates Citizens from Nigeria as COVID-19 Travel Restrictions Ease

Morocco continues to repatriate its nationals stranded abroad. About twenty Moroccans returned to the Kingdom on Thursday, June 30, on a Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flight chartered for the occasion, coming from Nigeria.
Stranded for several months in Nigeria, due to the closure of airspaces to fight the Covid-19 pandemic, these Moroccans, including pregnant women, have returned to the Kingdom to celebrate Eid with their loved ones.
Like their previously repatriated compatriots, they will undergo a quarantine period in a hotel complex identified by the health authorities before joining their families.
