Only travelers with closed tickets (without the possibility of modifications) and with a vaccination pass or a negative PCR test dated no more than 72 hours were allowed to board. Passenger-only connections have resumed since Tuesday, April 12, with the possibility of boarding collective vehicles (buses).
The full resumption of maritime links between Spain and Morocco, after more than two years of border closures, will also allow the organization of the Marhaba 2022 Operation, the first since the onset of the pandemic.
