Morocco has decided to reopen its casinos starting this Wednesday, May 4 at 8 p.m., thanks to the improvement of the epidemiological situation in the country.
These gaming spaces, closed since March 2020, will once again welcome players, reports Medias24, citing an operator in the sector. "I’m coming out of the manager’s office who just announced the good news to me," he said.
This decision by the authorities will boost activities in the sector during the summer despite the extension of the State of Emergency until May 31.
In total, Morocco has 7 casinos, including 3 in Agadir, 2 in Marrakech, 1 in Magazan and 1 in Tangier.
