Morocco Receives 2 Million Doses of Sinopharm Vaccine from China

A new delivery of the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine arrived in [Morocco] this Friday, July 23. In total, two million doses received.
New receipt of vaccine in Morocco. A Royal Air Maroc (RAM) Dreamliner from Beijing landed at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca this Friday. The aircraft transported an additional two million doses of the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine. After landing, this batch of vaccine was transported by refrigerated trucks from the SNTL to the services of the Autonomous Refrigeration Authority of Casablanca (RAFC).
With this new delivery, Morocco will strengthen the national stock of vaccines. The vaccination campaign against the coronavirus, which began last January, is continuing normally. It has recently been extended to people aged between 30 and 34 years old. As of July 22, 11,568,127 have received the first dose while 9,739,655 have been injected with the two doses. The Covid-19 report shows 567,758 cases of contamination, 538,370 recoveries and 9,517 deaths.
