Morocco Receives First Batch of Advanced Apache AH-64E Attack Helicopters

The six initial Apache AH-64E helicopters delivered to Morocco on Wednesday were transported on Sunday to the Khouribga air base.
According to the "Far Maroc" forum, these aircraft, received on Wednesday, February 26 at the port of Tangier Med, arrived on Sunday at the 7th air base in Khouribga. The Apache AH-64E is a state-of-the-art helicopter, compatible with modern communication, navigation, detection and armament systems.
This aircraft is capable of carrying out day and night operations, regardless of weather conditions, according to its manufacturer Boeing Defense, Space & Security. The American helicopter also has an improved fire control radar that allows it to identify and classify targets on land, in the air and at sea.
According to the Spanish media La Razon, the Apache AH-64E is "one of the best attack helicopters in the world, comparable only to some Russian models such as the Mi-28 Havoc or the Ka-52 Alligator, and for many the best reconnaissance and combat helicopter in the world".
