In fact, the rental demand of the city in which you wish to invest is also to be considered. You will not buy the same type of property, because the location determines the type of tenants to target," explains the intermediary.

"If you buy a studio near a university, you will have a better chance of quickly finding a student interested in renting your studio in July or August, just before the September school year," adds the agent. According to him, furnished rental is more profitable than unfurnished.
