The account created to receive donations to the special fund for the management of the coronavirus epidemic is now known to the public.
According to the press release from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, this account, eagerly awaited since the announcement of the creation of this fund, is open in the books of Bank Al Maghrib/Rabat, in the name of the ministerial treasurer. At the Finance Committee on Wednesday, the Moroccan Minister of Finance invited individuals to make their donations through the banking network and Poste Maroc agencies. He also asked the GPBM to raise awareness in the network of agencies and operationalize the process.
It should be noted that the donations announced by public and private operators already exceed 17 billion DH.
