Société Générale Maroc Donates $11 Million to Morocco’s COVID-19 Relief Fund

The Société Générale Maroc Group has just announced a contribution of 110 million dirhams to the Special Fund that will be dedicated to the management of the new coronavirus pandemic, launched by King Mohammed VI.
By participating with such an amount in the Special Fund, Société Générale Maroc "intends to significantly support this national solidarity initiative, in these difficult times that the kingdom in particular and the world in general are going through".
According to the bank’s officials, this contribution helps to strengthen the royal initiative, aimed at fighting the spread of Covid-19, supporting public health and the national economy, and reducing the effects of the pandemic on the underprivileged populations of the Kingdom.
Furthermore, the Société Générale Maroc group is mobilizing its teams and resources in order to support its clients and contribute to preserving the national interest by supporting the country in this difficult period.
