Absent from the field for weeks due to an injury, Youssef En-Nesyri made his comeback on Tuesday in the league match between his team, FC Seville, and FC Barcelona.
The Moroccan international came on in the 2nd half (70th minute), proving that he is fully recovered from his injury.
The striker’s return has reassured national coach Vahid Halilhodzic, who trusts him by including him in the list of players who are to participate in the Africa Cup of Nations next January in Cameroon.
This arrival is all the more expected as the Seville player is by far the club’s top scorer despite being away from the field for several weeks.
