Morocco’s National Team Ranks 4th in Africa Cup Market Value at €213 Million

Moroccan players occupy the fourth position in the ranking of the national teams with the highest market value participating in the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon. This is a ranking that takes into account the value of the players that make up each national team.
With an estimated market value of 213 million euros, Morocco ranks fourth, behind Nigeria, third in the ranking with 217 million euros. Senegal tops this ranking compiled thanks to the specialized site Transfermarkt.com, with a value of 340.9 million euros.
The Teranga Lions have several players who are among the most expensive in Europe, such as the Liverpool club’s striker Sadio Mané, whose market value is currently around 80 million euros.
Côte d’Ivoire is ranked second with an estimated market value of 300 million euros. The Elephants owe this position to players like AC Milan striker Franck Kessy (48 million euros).
Morocco was able to climb to fourth place thanks to Achraf Hakimi, whose current market value is 70 million euros.
