Faced with the alarming spread of the coronavirus in the kingdom, the services of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) could call on health sector reservists to support the medical staff of the kingdom.
According to sources close to the FAR, the reservists have been contacted to reinforce the ranks of the military medical service. "But this remains a possibility. The persons concerned have been approached by the General Staff," the same sources say.
On the orders of King Mohammed VI, the military medical service had been called upon on March 23 to take part, jointly with civilian medicine, in the delicate mission of fighting the covid-19 pandemic.
