This colossal project encompasses 361 exploration blocks, representing nearly 22% of the region’s mining domain. The targeted areas are rich in essential resources such as gold, silver, copper, zinc and lead. Interested national and foreign companies have until May 15 to submit their applications. These will be assessed according to rigorous specifications, requiring in particular the integration of renewable energy, water efficiency and direct local socio-economic benefits.
