Morocco Mall Restaurants Remain Open, Sparking Outrage Among Closed Competitors

Restaurateurs denounce a double injustice. While they are hit hard by the recent three-week closure measure, their colleagues at the Morocco Mall continue, to the total incomprehension, to welcome customers.
It is the final blow and total outrage among restaurateurs in Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir and Tangier. In statements collected by Alyaoum24, they wonder about the reasons for the exclusion of the Morocco Mall and hotel restaurants in these 4 cities from the new measure.
For Mohamed Abou El Fadl, coordinator of the Joint Commission of the Restaurant Trades, the maintenance of the activities of these establishments is an "unfair" and "discriminatory" decision.
Privileged by the authorities, the restaurants in question, which continue to welcome customers until 8 p.m., are now running at full capacity during the weekends, knowing that home delivery is not interrupted.
