Morocco Looks to Dubai’s Tourism Success as Model for Growth

Dubai is a benchmark model in tourism that Morocco should draw inspiration from to improve its tourism offer and become an attractive destination.
Despite Morocco’s sustained efforts to develop its sports, hotel and road infrastructures in preparation for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, the 2029 FIFA Club World Cup and the 2030 World Cup, very few investors are coming forward to help the kingdom meet these challenges in the short and medium term, notes the daily L’Économiste.
For the media, Moroccan tourism professionals would do well to take inspiration from their Dubai counterparts who do not hesitate to adapt to the needs and requirements of foreign investors wishing to settle in the country. The Dubai model is impeccable and flawless, assures the daily.
