Morocco’s Local Squad Preps for CHAN Qualifier Against Algeria

The local players held a training session in Berkane under the leadership of Houssine Hamouta. This gathering is part of the final round of the 6th edition of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Algeria.
The Moroccan national team of local players, after the draw obtained against the Algerian team in Blida, will have to roll up their sleeves at home and make their spectators dream, on October 19, 2019 (8pm) at home.
The statement from the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) reports that this session allowed coach Houssine Ammouta to focus on technical and physical aspects.
The same source also recalls that five players left the group’s training camp for unknown reasons: Marouane Hedhoudi, Zakaria El Ouardy, Mahmoud Benhalib, Saad Ait Lkhourssa and Mohamed Makhazi. This departure has reduced the squad to 25 players, the same source points out.
Houssine Hamouta will have to go all out to win at home in front of spectators who are only waiting for victory.
