Morocco Launches Third COVID-19 Vaccine Dose Campaign

The Moroccan Ministry of Health has just announced the start of the administration of the third dose of the vaccine against the coronavirus. The operation starts this Monday, October 4, 2021.
In a press release, the Ministry of Health specifies that people who have received the first two doses at least 6 months ago are concerned by the injection of the third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine which will take place in vaccination centers without any condition of place of residence. They will receive an SMS from the number 1717.
Given the importance of strengthening immunity among all Moroccans and foreigners residing in Morocco and in order for them to protect themselves and their families from contamination, they are called upon to adhere to this operation, the same source points out.
The minister also calls on all citizens to respect the instructions of the public health authorities and to continue to strictly observe the preventive measures before and after vaccination, in order to contribute to the national effort to curb this virus in Morocco and to progress towards collective immunity.
