Faced with the impossibility of celebrating weddings during this confinement period due to covid-19, the Ministry of Justice has created an online marriage service.
Moroccan couples wishing to get married no longer have to worry. A portal dedicated to online marriage authorization requests is now available. They can therefore make remote requests to obtain authorization to get married in most courts in the kingdom.
This new service "is one of the main pillars adopted by the Ministry of Justice in order to activate its strategies for modernizing the judicial administration through the intangible embodiment of judicial leaders and procedures," the ministry said.
