Morocco Launches Aflamin: New Streaming Platform Showcases National Cinema

A new streaming platform has just been launched in Morocco. It is Aflamin, launched by Moroccan director and producer Nabil Ayouch, mainly dedicated to Moroccan films.
Launched by Good Fellows, a company of the ALI’N Productions group, the Aflamin platform offers a streaming offer mainly dedicated to Moroccan cinema, but also to independent international cinema.
The selection of films offered on the platform is organized in a classic way and currently includes more than 200 hours of films. By 2024, Aflamin plans to put "almost all" of Moroccan cinema online.
"Our ambition is not only to reconnect the Moroccan public to its cinema, but also to enhance the work of filmmakers by offering a new distribution window for our works," said Ayouch.
Both a streaming platform and a true film magazine, Aflamin is said to innovate with a 100% Moroccan model.
