Morocco’s King Mohammed VI Congratulates Tunisia’s Newly Elected President Kaïs Saïed

King Mohammed VI has just sent a message of congratulation to Kaïs Saïed following his election as head of Tunisia.
In his message, the Moroccan Sovereign saluted the constant commitment of the Tunisian people to succeed against all odds in the process of establishing the rule of law and strong institutions.
For Mohammed VI, the election of Kaïs Saïed reflects the great confidence that the Tunisian people have placed in him, in recognition of his sincere patriotism and his unwavering commitment to serving the supreme interests of Tunisia.
The King reiterated his firm determination to work with the Tunisian president to strengthen the distinguished and long-standing cooperative relations between the two countries.
Mohammed VI promised to work for the return of the strong bonds of brotherhood existing between the two brotherly peoples in order to achieve their objectives, as countries aspiring to development in all areas.
