Morocco’s King Mohammed VI Congratulates Macron on French National Day
King Mohammed VI addressed a message of congratulations to the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, on the occasion of the national holiday of his country.
In this message, the Moroccan Sovereign expresses to the French President his wishes for progress and prosperity for his people.
"As at each crucial stage of their common History, Morocco and France have always known how to renew their exceptional cooperation, in a spirit of partnership and mutual trust, to meet the challenges and requirements of the moment," wrote the King.
On this occasion, Mohammed VI salutes the excellence of the ties between Morocco and France, which is illustrated by "the convergence of views of the two countries on the decisive issue of the stability and security of the Mediterranean and Sahel region," the king said, adding that this win-win partnership "will make it possible to quickly move towards lucid, fair and courageous solutions that will preserve regional peace and build a cooperation definitively turned towards the future."
