Morocco’s King Mohammed VI Condemns Drone Attack on Saudi Oil Facilities

The attack on Saturday, September 14, on two strategic oil facilities in Saudi Arabia continues to provoke a wave of reactions around the world. King Mohammed VI has joined all the leaders who condemn this terrorist aggression to show his solidarity with Saudi Arabia. The Sovereign has denounced these threats to peace and security in the world.
It was with drones that the assailants attacked the oil facilities in the governorate of Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. An act that the Sovereign has described as heinous.
According to the MAP, it is in a message addressed to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, that the King expressed Morocco’s total solidarity and constant support to Saudi Arabia against all threats to its tranquility and territorial integrity and against any attempt to undermine the stability of this brotherly country.
Based on the personal and sincere fraternal ties between the two countries, the MAP writes that Mohammed VI reaffirms his commitment and firm conviction to work for peace, since the security and stability of Saudi Arabia are an integral part of the security and stability of Morocco.
