Morocco’s King Condemns Attacks on Saudi Oil Facilities, Pledges Solidarity

Following repeated attacks on vital and civilian facilities in Saudi Arabia, King Mohammed VI sent a message of solidarity and support to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Mohammed VI firmly condemned these new attacks, especially since they targeted vital and civilian facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. While condemning these cowardly subversive and terrorist acts, the king reiterated Morocco’s absolute solidarity with "this brotherly country".
The king says he is permanently at its side to face these abject attempts, which are real threats to energy security and the world’s supply.
On Friday, attacks on an oil facility in the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia were claimed by the Yemeni Houthi rebels. This series of attacks caused a major fire and delayed the free practice sessions of the Saudi Arabian Formula 1 Grand Prix in Jeddah.
