Morocco Joins US-Led ’Sea Breeze’ Naval Exercises in Black Sea for First Time

A first. The Royal Navy will participate in the Sea Breeze military exercise, organized jointly each year by the United States and Ukraine, with the participation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the U.S. military said on its Twitter account. In total, 5,000 military personnel from 32 different countries will participate in the 21st edition of "Sea Breeze" which will take place from June 28 to July 10. 40 aircraft, 32 ships and 18 special forces teams as well. On the menu, maritime interdiction, air defense, anti-submarine warfare, search and rescue, and special operations behind enemy lines.
