Morocco Introduces Health Form for International Travelers Amid Coronavirus Concerns

Travelers on flights from abroad are now required to fill out a health form in Morocco to counter any possible spread of the new Coronavirus.
This form, distributed by the crews of all flights destined for Morocco, is published in three languages: Arabic, French and English. It must be handed over by passengers to the border police during passport control, reports Le360.
This measure reinforces the Kingdom’s border control and surveillance system (land, sea and air) to prevent any possible spread of the coronavirus.
In detail, each passenger is required to fill out a form on the countries or areas recently visited. In addition, each passenger discloses their identity and provides their personal contact details in Morocco and abroad, while specifying if they have recently stayed in or transited through China.
The traveler is also required to reveal their state of health (over the past 14 days). In doing so, they clearly demonstrate to the health authorities whether, for example, they have presented an acute respiratory infection with a fever above 38 degrees, and whether they have been in contact with a person infected or suspected of being infected with Covid-19. The passenger is also invited to declare if they have worked or stayed in a hospital or laboratory that has recorded a case of infection by this virus.
