Morocco to Host World Cup Champions Argentina in March Friendly

A match between the Moroccan and Argentine teams should take place next March as part of the preparations of the two teams for international deadlines.
This match has not yet been officially confirmed by the two federations but according to an Argentine journalist, the two teams will play a match on March 26 in Casablanca as part of Argentina’s visit to Europe. "Confirmed, Argentina will play against Morocco on March 26 at the Mohammed V Stadium in Casablanca to complete the double FIFA date in March," writes Fernando Czyz, a journalist at TNT Sports.
The last two matches between the two teams had been won by Argentina. In 1994 by 3 goals to 1 while the Atlas Lions were preparing for the 1994 World Cup in the United States and ten years later in 2004 in Casablanca with a 1-0 victory for Argentina.
In recent days, rumors of a match against England were becoming more and more insistent, but it seems that the match against Argentina has been preferred by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF).
