Morocco to Host 2023 FIFA Club World Cup in February

From February 1 to 11, 2023, Morocco will host the Club World Cup. The decision was made at the FIFA Executive Committee meeting held in Qatar.
The news of the organization of the Club World Cup was made public by Gianni Infantino, President of FIFA. An opportunity that will allow Morocco to stand out, after its journey in Qatar.
Wydad of Casablanca, the current champion, is the only club that will represent Africa in this competition, alongside Real Madrid (Europe), Flamengo (South America), Seattle Sounders (North America) and Auckland City (Oceania). To this list will be added the winner of the Asian Champions League, which will be known in January.
Gianni Infantino also announced that from 2025, 32 teams will be allowed to participate in the Club World Cup.
