Morocco’s Gateway to Alps: Casablanca-Zurich Flight Takes Off

The Royal Air Maroc (RAM) company inaugurated on Thursday a new regular air route connecting Casablanca to Zurich in Switzerland.
This route is now operated with two flights per week (Wednesday and Sunday), establishing a direct connection between the Moroccan economic capital and the main Swiss metropolis.
According to the national company, this service aims to support the development of tourism in Morocco and strengthen the ties of cooperation between the two countries.
The launch of this line is part of the national airline’s desire to diversify its network by connecting strategic points for economic and cultural flows.
With this route, Royal Air Maroc is targeting a varied clientele including tourists, investors and members of the Moroccan diaspora established in Switzerland.
