Morocco Flexes Military Muscle: Successfully Tests Israeli Precision Missile in Eastern Region

The Royal Armed Forces (FAR) have successfully carried out tests of an Israeli missile with a caliber of 306 mm in the eastern region of the Kingdom. This test is part of the modernization of their ballistic capabilities.
On Thursday, the FAR carried out a successful firing of the EXTRA guided missile, manufactured by Israel, in the eastern region of the kingdom. This missile, with a caliber of 306 mm and a warhead of 120 kilograms, hit its target with great precision at a distance of up to 150 kilometers, at the maximum distance, reports the specialized Israeli website Nziv.net. This demonstrates the reliability of the system and the precision acquired by the FAR in this type of operation.
The FAR have also unveiled the PLUS multiple rocket launcher system acquired by the Kingdom from the Israeli company Elbit Systems for an estimated amount of 150 million dollars (about 1.6 billion dirhams) in 2023. This launcher is versatile: it can deploy several types of ammunition, including the EXTRA and Predator Hawk missiles with a caliber of 370 mm and a range of up to 300 kilometers.
These military equipment allow Morocco to strengthen the capacity of its army to monitor and secure its borders.
