Moroccan Fans Rally Behind Grieving Star Amine Adli at AFCON Match

Moroccan supporters showed their solidarity with Amine Adli, the Moroccan player of the German team Bayer Leverkusen, during a match of the Moroccan national team against Tanzania.
To support Adli, who recently lost his mother just before participating in the Africa Cup of Nations, the fans displayed a banner with the message "Stay strong Adli".
This gesture of support took place in the Laurent Pokou stadium, where the match between the Atlas Lions and the Tanzanian team was taking place. The Moroccan supporters thus wanted to show their solidarity with Adli in this difficult time.
Amine Adli had to leave the national team’s training camp at the Mohammed VI complex due to the deterioration of his mother’s health, who unfortunately passed away shortly after.
Despite these circumstances, Adli played in this match, replacing Abdessamad Ezzalzouli in the 71st minute. He even contributed to the second goal of the team, scored by Azzedine Ounahi in the 77th minute.
