Morocco Expands COVID-19 Vaccination to Over-40s, Centers Open Daily Including Sundays

Moroccans aged 40 and over who have not yet benefited from vaccination can now go to vaccination centers every day of the week, including Sunday.
As part of the acceleration of the national vaccination process, the Ministry of Health announces that vaccination centers will be open on Sunday.
"From Sunday, July 4, the vaccination campaign will resume for the benefit of all people over 40 years of age," a statement from the Ministry of Health said, adding that "the resumption will last throughout next week, including Sunday, July 11".
The ministry also reminds of the need to continue to respect preventive measures, before, during and after the vaccination operation against this virus, "in appreciation of the achievements made by Morocco in terms of national vaccination strategy, and the protection of the health and safety of citizens", in order to "contribute to the efforts to curb the spread of the virus, particularly in light of the discovery of new variants".
