Morocco Denies False Claims of Video Game Ban, Warns Against Misinformation

The Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green Economy and Digital has denied any information regarding the ban on electronic games in Morocco.
The widely circulated social media statement announcing the ban on these video games as of August 21 is false, the ministry said on its Facebook page. According to the same source, this document does not come from its department.
Furthermore, the authors of this fake news are warned. They could be prosecuted in court, the ministry warned.
