Morocco: A Czech tourist found drowned after a paragliding disappearance

A sad outcome for a Czech athlete. The body of the tourist, who disappeared after a fall in paragliding at the Aglou beach, in the Tiznit region, was recovered on Friday, March 15 by the rescue services.
The rescue services had been immediately alerted and significant resources had been deployed to find the missing person. A helicopter carried out a complete sweep of the coast, while ground teams combed the area.
Unfortunately, the tourist’s body was recovered on Friday afternoon, March 15. It was deposited at the morgue of the regional hospital Hassan Iᵉʳ de Tiznit, where an autopsy was to be performed to determine the exact circumstances of the drowning.
