Morocco’s Crown Prince to Study at New Annex of Prestigious Rabat University

A new annex to the School of Governance and Economics has been specially designed to accommodate the heir apparent [Moulay Hassan]. Located in the prestigious Riad district, the new premises will allow the prince to attend part of his university curriculum in person.
A good part of Moulay Hassan’s studies will take place at the Faculty of Governance, Economics and Social Sciences, reports the site Rabattoday, which specifies that the other part will be taught at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University of Benguerir, where the prince has a residence.
A component of the University of Benguerir, the Faculty of Governance, Economics and Social Sciences of Rabat is the first institution of higher education in Morocco to offer a training in political science that integrates economics, social and legal aspects.
While remaining attentive to the geographical and social diversity of its candidates, the school is based on merit in its admissions policy. Among the 300 students admitted each year, the faculty dedicates about fifty seats to foreign candidates, including Sub-Saharans.
