Morocco COVID-19 Surge: Nearly 4,000 New Cases, 781 in Critical Condition

3,985 cases of contamination were recorded in Morocco in the last 24 hours, with 78 serious cases. With this new wave of contamination, the total number of infected people since the beginning of the pandemic has reached 207,718.
Out of the 30,450 active cases, 781 cases are admitted to the resuscitation and intensive care units, according to the daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health.
As for the cases under intubation, the number is now 64 and 451 cases are under non-invasive ventilation. The occupancy rate of the intensive care beds dedicated to covid-19 is 34%, the same source specifies.
