Morocco Considers Lockdown as Coronavirus Cases Rise to 38, Deaths to 2

The official report shows 38 cases of coronavirus infection and 2 deaths. Is Morocco heading towards a period of lockdown?
Despite the measures taken by the Moroccan authorities, the coronavirus is not receding. Is it necessary to take more drastic measures to curb the spread of COVID-19? This could involve declaring a lockdown period, as is already the case in Italy, Spain or France.
If we continue to observe a progression of the epidemic, Morocco could make this decision in the coming days. Especially since it is a major public health issue.
The National Plan for Monitoring and Responding to Covid-19 is still in its first phase. Among the measures taken by the government, there is the total suspension of air and sea links, the closure of mosques, cafes, restaurants, hammams, schools... until further notice. These measures are close to those taken by countries that have declared a lockdown period. That said, Morocco seems inevitably heading towards this measure.
