Morocco Considers Boycotting U17 AFCON in Algeria Over Travel Dispute

Morocco is leaving doubts about its participation in the Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations (U17 AFCON) which will take place from April 29 to May 19, 2023 in Algeria.
Is Morocco heading towards a boycott of the U17 AFCON scheduled in Algeria? The same reasons why - the refusal of the Algerian authorities to allow the Moroccan delegation to take a direct Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flight, the official carrier of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), to reach Algeria - the kingdom had boycotted the 7th edition of the African Nations Championship of local players (CHAN) which took place from January 13 to February 4 in Algeria, could push it to give up its participation in the U17 AFCON. Moreover, Fouzi Lekjaa, the president of the FRMF insists on going to Algeria by direct flight, reports the site Afrik Foot.
In the event of a new refusal from Algiers, will the Moroccan delegation go to Algeria five days before the start of the U17 AFCON as required by the Executive Committee of the Confederation of African Football, in Article 27 of the competition regulations? The date of the 24th is not far away.
