Morocco Completes $10 Million Road Expansion Between El Jadida and Jorf Lasfar Port

The Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water announced the completion of the duplication work on the regional road (RR) 301 connecting El Jadida to Jorf Lasfar. These works were carried out under the best conditions in 7 months for a total investment of 104 million dirhams.
In a press release, the ministry announced that this 2x2 lane project, carried out as part of a partnership agreement with the Doukkala-Abda Regional Council, the El Jadida Provincial Council and the OCP Group, aims to improve traffic flow to and from the large Jorf Lasfar port and the OCP site. It also aims to improve the safety and comfort conditions for users.
According to the same source, this project is part of the development and modernization of the national road network, the strengthening of safety conditions and the enrichment of the service offer dedicated to road users.
