Morocco Coach Sets European Transfer Condition for Amrabat’s National Team Return

Moroccan player Nordin Amrabat, who has repeatedly expressed the wish to return to the Moroccan national football team, has received a favorable response from Vahid Halilhodzic, but there are prerequisites to be met. The player will have to leave Al-Nassr, the Saudi club he currently plays for, for a European club.
International Nordin Amrabat does not intend to remain on the sidelines of the Atlas Lions’ participation in the CAN and the 2022 World Cup. He could easily meet Vahid Halilhodzic’s requirements, who asks the player to join a European club if he wants to return to the national team, informs the daily Assabah.
In order to properly prepare the Atlas Lions’ upcoming sporting events, Vahid Halilhodzic has decided to bring his team together this May. The goal is to prepare the matches against Sudan at home and Guinea away on June 1 and 15 respectively. Two matches counting towards the 2022 World Cup Qatar qualifiers.
Will Amrabat, who was not called up for the 2022 CAN qualifiers to be held in Cameroon, be called up this time? He knows in any case the steps to follow if he wants to participate in these two major competitions. For the moment, the Moroccan international has not decided on his extension or not with the Saudi club, but according to Assabah, his desire to play in a second World Cup is so strong that he will comply with Vahid’s requirements.
According to the Saudi media, the Moroccan player has received several offers from clubs in Spain, the Netherlands, Turkey and Qatar. Al-Nassr is certainly waiting for the end of the season to make him a good offer or let him join one of the clubs that are courting him.
