Morocco Coach Regragui Promises Second Chance for World Cup Absentees

After Morocco’s participation in the World Cup, coach Walid Regragui addressed the national team players who were not called up for the Qatari adventure.
Between his appointment and the start of the World Cup, Walid Regragui had little time to form a team capable of meeting the challenge. He had to work with the players he was closely following and whose playing style and potential he knew. As a result, some of the players who participated in the CAN were unable to participate in the World Cup, but the coach promises to make up for it.
Thus, according to the media Kooora, Walid Regragui would be closely following the evolution of some players like Munir El Haddadi, Ayoub El Kaabi and the Mmaee brothers, whom he did not call up. Not having called them up for the World Cup does not mean that they are no longer part of the national team. "Any player who gives his all with his club and shows what he is capable of has the right to defend Morocco’s colors," he promised.
