Morocco Clinches Historic Olympic Bronze in Men’s Soccer, Thrashing Egypt 6-0

Beaten by Spain in the semi-finals, the Atlas Lions bounced back on Thursday by thrashing Egypt for the third place on the podium (6-0), at the "La Beaujoire" stadium in the city of Nantes, thus winning the first Olympic medal in their history at the Paris Olympic Games. Tarik Sektioui, the coach of the Moroccan Olympic team, dedicates this medal to King Mohammed VI and the Moroccan people.
The Moroccan Olympic team quickly recovered from their defeat against Spain.
