Morocco Braces for Scorching 35°C Heat as DMN Forecasts Mixed Weather Patterns

It will be hot today in Morocco, especially in the south of the country, announces the [National Meteorology Directorate (DMN)], in its daily bulletin.
Apart from the rather cold weather forecast for this morning and the following night, in the mountains, there will be foggy formations as well as low clouds in places, near the coasts, on the Atlantic facade in the north of the country, as well as on the Mediterranean shore, warns the National Meteorology Directorate.
The weather will therefore be stable, and the sky will be slightly cloudy, throughout the country during this Friday, while "sand gusts" will be observed in places in the southern provinces. Here in particular, a light and moderate wind will prevail in the East sector, while the wind will be light in the North sector, near the coasts, and variable elsewhere, details the same source.
The recorded minimum temperatures are of the order of -01/05°C in the mountains, 05/10°C in the Oriental, 07/13°C in the Saïss, the Mediterranean shore, the phosphate and Oulmès plateaus, the coasts and the plains in the north and center and the southeast. On the other hand, they are 11/16°C in the Souss and the north of the southern provinces, and 15/20°C in the far south. In the mountains and on the Mediterranean coast, the maximum temperatures will be around 13/20°C, and 20/26°C in the Oriental, the Saïss, the north, the center and the southeast of the country, 24/30°C in the Souss and the north of the southern provinces and 30/35°C in the far south.
