Morocco Braces for Heavy Highway Traffic During School Holidays

The National Motorway Company of Morocco (ADM) has recommended that users inquire properly about the traffic situation on the occasion of the school holidays.
"On the occasion of the school holidays coinciding with the weekend, the National Motorway Company of Morocco (ADM) informs its customer-users that the entire motorway network will experience heavy traffic," ADM said in a statement.
Thus, the highways will be heavily frequented on Friday, November 12, 2021 between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 13, 2021 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and on Sunday, November 21, 2021, which falls in the context of the return from vacation, between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., the note indicates.
For a safe and comfortable journey, ADM has therefore invited motorists to plan their trip in advance, and to inquire about the current traffic situation by downloading the "ADM TRAFIC" application. It also advised to check the remaining balance on the Jawaz Pass and recharge it before using the highway, and to take breaks every two hours and check the condition of the tires.
