Morocco Awards Blue Flag to 21 Beaches for Cleanliness and Environmental Standards

As every year, the cleanest and most welcoming beaches receive the blue flag label. In 2019, 21 beaches received the famous seal.
This label is awarded by the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection chaired by Princess Lalla Hasna, but also the International Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) and highlights the comfort of vacationers and respect for the environment. Here they are:

• Ba-kacem (Tangier-Asilah)
• Skhirate
• Bouznika
• Haouzia
• Cap Beddouza
• Safi city
• Souiria lkdima/Safi
• Essaouira
• Imintourga (Mireleft)
• Aglou Sidi Moussa
• Sidi Ifni
• Foum loued/Laâyoune
• Oum labouir/Dakhla
• El Moussafir/Dakhla
• Mediterranean coast
• Sidi Kankouch/Fahs Anjra
• Oued Aliane
• Dalia/Fahs Anjra
• Oued Laou/Tetouan
• Tiznit Arekmane (Nador)
• Saïdia tourist resort
After the clean beaches, the Ministry of the Environment will publish its report on the beaches to be avoided in a few days. Of course, we will not fail to inform you about it.
