Morocco’s Automotive Industry to Hire 2,000 Engineers, Boosting Innovation and Design
The Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, announced that 2,000 new engineers will soon be recruited as part of the strengthening of the automotive industry in Morocco.
The automotive industry is entering a new dynamic in terms of innovation and design, said Ryad Mezzour during the oral question session at the House of Advisors.
It is in this sense that several partnerships have been signed with universities for the training of 100,000 engineers who will take charge of this component in order to boost competitiveness. "Morocco has gone beyond the subcontracting phase, it has become a producer and today we are aiming for the design of the automobile," noted Ryad Mezzour.
