Morocco’s Atlas Lions Set for 250,000 DH Bonus Each After Securing AFCON Qualification

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) plans to pay each member of the national team a bonus in the event of qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN). The 2022 edition of the CAN will take place in January and February in Cameroon.
Each Atlas Lion will receive a bonus of 250,000 DH for the team’s qualification, reports Le360. This qualification is already assured for Morocco given its various performances. In four matches, it has secured three wins and conceded one draw, thus securing first place in the group.
Against Mauritania, the two teams neutralized each other before the Lions won their second away match against Burundi (0-3). They then won six more points in the double confrontation against the Central African Republic in Morocco (4-1) and in Cameroon (0-2).
