Morocco’s Amine Harit: Team Ready for Strong Africa Cup of Nations Performance

Moroccan international Amine Harit has assured that the Moroccan team is ready and determined to "actively participate" in the Africa Cup of Nations taking place in Côte d’Ivoire.
"The players of the national team are fully ready to actively participate in the final phase of the Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire," said Amine Harit on the website of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, adding that the arrival of the Atlas Lions in San Pedro, the Ivorian city where they will play all their group matches, ten days ago has allowed them "to intensify training and focus on the competition."
The warm-up match against Sierra Leone was an opportunity for him and his teammates to "adapt to the weather conditions and gave us a lot of confidence," said the Atlas Lion, noting that "most of the players are in their best physical shape and are ready to give their all to get a positive result at the end of this first match in order to enter the competition with strength."
Harit did not fail to thank the Moroccan supporters for their support to the national team, stating that "the players will strive to make all Moroccans happy by obtaining positive results in all the matches."
Morocco shares Group F with Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia. It will take the field this Wednesday against Tanzania and will play its two other group matches on January 21 and 24 respectively.
