The Moroccan international, Adel Taarabt, 31, has tested positive for the coronavirus.
The contingent of Atlas Lions affected by Covid-19 on the occasion of the double confrontation with the Central African Republic is expanding. After Youssef El Arabi, Yassine Bounou, Romain Saïss and Nayef Aguerd, Adel was declared positive for the coronavirus on Tuesday, reports the Portuguese media Record. His Benfica Lisbon teammates, Darwin Núñez and Julian Weigl, are also affected, it is specified.
The Moroccan international was forced to withdraw from the 4th round Europa League match pitting Benfica Lisbon against Rangers on Thursday, November 26, 2020.
